Drought Conservation Measures
In response to the BRA Stage 3 Emergency trigger, Mayor Milton Tate has implemented the City of Brenham's Stage 1 voluntary water restrictions effective immediately. These restrictions are voluntary at this point and the City urges its residents and businesses to conserve water throughout these stressful times.
Stage 1 Response - Mild
Water Use Restrictions (Voluntary):
- Water customers are requested to voluntarily limit the irrigation of landscaped areas to Sundays and Thursdays for customers with a street address ending in an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, or 8), and Saturdays and Wednesdays for customers with a street address ending in an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7 or 9), and to irrigate landscapes only between the hours of midnight and 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to midnight on designated watering days.
- All operations of the City shall adhere to water use restrictions prescribed for Stage 2 of the Plan.

Oliver
Adopt Oliver - What can I say about little Oliver. He was brought to the animal shelter with his mom when he was about a day old. I have watched him grow to a wonderful young boy with a big heart. He loves to play with his siblings and would make someone a wonderful new best friend. He has received his first puppy shots and worming. He is ready to find his place in this world, and I hope it's with a wonderful family.
She is available for adoption at:
